"Custom Banner Was WAY Off"
I ordered a custom banner it was frustrating. I gave clear notes, but the design came back with the wrong colors and the text wasn’t even centered. It just didn’t look like what I approved AT ALL.

I reached out with what felt like a simple question, but it took days to get a reply... i was just trying to get a quick bit of help and ended up waiting around longer than expected.

"The prints themselves came out fine..."
The prints themselves came out fine, so I’ll give them that, but wow… the price felt kind of ridiculous for what I actually received. Then the shipping got tacked on and somehow made it feel even worse. I wasn’t expecting to feel personally attacked by a print order, but here we are. i don’t think I’d order again.

"My order ended up arriving late..."
My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I know other customers probably rely on accurate delivery estimates too, so this was frustrating. I wouldn’t call the shipping reliable based on my experience.

I was disappointed... it looked fine at first, but after about a week it started peeling!! Feels super cheap and definitely didn’t last like I expected!!!

"Ordering Was Fine, But Websites Are Always a Bit of a Hassle"
I ordered some graphics and it was okay overall. The site had what I needed, but like most websites these days, a few pages felt clunky and I had to click around longer than I expected to find the right options. Checkout went through without any real problems, so that was fine. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just one of those online orders that could’ve been a little smoother.
